The software reads the documents and assembles a draft covering the information it finds, including building and lot details, levies, financial records, insurance and meeting decisions. Missing information is identified for review rather than treated as an established fact.

Open the source view, check figures and dates against the original document, correct the draft where needed, and resolve any warnings. Confirm the information before generating your PDF. The quality and completeness of the supplied records affect what can be reported.
You remain responsible for checking the draft, making appropriate enquiries and reviewing the final report before delivering it to a client.
The tool assists drafting; it does not carry out an inspection, establish that records are complete or replace professional judgment. It is not legal, financial or engineering advice.
Each report costs A$22 including GST, with no subscription.
New accounts receive two free reports after email confirmation. Documents and reports are private to your account. Source documents are retained for 30 days, and completed reports for 90 days; early deletion is available.
